Wade has operated multifamily and manufactured housing communities through every Texas cycle since 1995. Nate brings systematic underwriting, capital markets, and execution discipline to the partnership.

We source, underwrite, and acquire multifamily and manufactured housing communities across the Texas Triangle on behalf of accredited investor partners. Standard structure: 7% LP preferred return, 70/30 promote, 90/10 equity split, five-year target hold.

Hands-on operating discipline across every property in the portfolio. Leasing strategy, capital improvements, lender relationships, and quarterly investor reporting written by operators — not marketers.

1995

Three decades of Texas operating

Wade Easton begins his career operating Texas multifamily and manufactured housing communities. Three decades of cycle-tested operating experience that becomes the foundation of the firm.

2024

Systematic underwriting begins

Nate begins full-time systematic underwriting of Texas multifamily and MHP deals, building proprietary models, screening tools, and counter-underwriting frameworks alongside a W-2 role.

2025

Thesis sharpens

Counter-underwriting and bid analysis across multiple Texas markets — student housing in Austin, value-add multifamily in San Antonio, distressed MHP in West Texas. The firm's thesis crystallizes around conservative, long-hold, Texas Triangle assets.

2026

Yoke Capital is founded

Wade and Nate formalize the partnership. Two generations, one yoke. The firm opens capital relationships to a curated network of accredited investors who share the long-horizon, conservative philosophy.
